Meet Aaron, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at PowerHouse Maintenance. Aaron manages the company’s overall operations. He is the developer and leader of the company’s growth strategies. PowerHouse not only depends on Aaron to create such strategies but also to execute the game-plan with efficiency and effectiveness. Other responsibilities include managing PowerHouse’s social media and creating realistic and targeted company goals. Fun Fact: PowerHouse Maintenance is student-owned! Both Co-Founders are continuing their education in Orlando, Florida to pursue their degrees in business.

Justin Switzer

Meet Justin, our Co-Founder and Project Manager at PowerHouse Maintenance. Justin helps oversee and coordinate all of our ongoing projects for both residential and commercial clientele. You are more than likely to come into contact with him at some point throughout the journey of your project. With multiple years of on-site experience, you can count on Justin to ensure that each and every step of your project is conducted both safely and efficiently, all while making quality his top priority. Fun Fact: He is the creator of PowerHouse’s slogan, “The Power of Transparency”!

"Every once in a while you come across a company providing exceptional service and you just can’t find the words to express how fabulous they are!  They washed all my doors and windows inside and out, washed the windowsills, all the exterior trim, the screens, arrived on time, and I even had them clean some of my blinds. They didn’t just spray some gunk on the windows and expect them to dry clean. They used the old fashion technique of physically washing my windows, scraping my windows, and squeegeeing my windows. One team worked on the outside while another worked on the inside. If they saw a smudge or a streak, they took care of it immediately. "
